Bass Pro Shops, North America’s leading outdoor and conservation-focused company, has acquired legendary water sports brand Hobie. Bass Pro Shops also operates White River Marine Group, the world’s largest builder of fishing and recreational boats by volume, and will move Hobie production from Mexico to their manufacturing site in Lebanon, Missouri. – Full report
