Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A man from London is facing a break and enter charge after police were called to a VIA Rail train early Tuesday morning. Chatham-Kent police say they were contacted by the RCMP around 5:55 a.m. on Dec. 10 about an unauthorized person on board a passenger train travelling from Windsor toward Chatham.
