HISA investigates trainer Barocio for needles, syringes

In a document dated April 24, Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority officials have issued a notice of violation and show cause, alleging that trainer Librado Barocio had syringes, hypodermic needles, and vials labeled for a product called Polyglycan in his car at Santa Anita.
