Highway 49 Northbound lanes back open after accident involving 18-wheeler

RICHLAND, Miss. (WLBT) – Northbound lanes are now back open after an accident involving an 18-wheeler on Highway 49 Friday evening. However, the Southbound side is down to two lanes with the far right lane still closed. It appears an 18-wheeler caught on to some power lines. Entergy is on the scene and they are requesting another Entergy truck for the power lines, according to Richland Police Department officials. There are no reported injuries…
