High Court questions factual basis of petition against UNRWA restrictions
The petitioners asked the court to strike down the restrictions, arguing that they violated the rights of Palestinians who depend on UNRWA for education, health care and other assistance.
High Court judges today (Monday) sharply criticized the petition filed by Adalah against the UNRWA law, clarifying that they were not presented with a factual and legal foundation that establishes a violation of rights.
