An Upstate New York college student has been identified as the victim of a fatal one-car crash.The Buffalo News reports Bradly “Birdy” Burden, a 22-year-old Niagara University student, was killed when the 2015 BMW he was driving collided with a light pole and a chain-link fence in Niagara Falls, N.Y. The crash occurred around 1 a.m. Tuesday.
