Heavy rain expected through Friday, Flood Watch issued in northeast Indiana

NORTH WEBSTER, IN (WTVB) – The National Weather Service office in northern Indiana has issued a Flood Watch for northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio from Wednesday evening through Friday morning. Forecasters say an active, wet period of weather is on the horizon for Wednesday afternoon through Friday.
