A 38-year-old Bydgoszcz resident was stopped by police while drunk riding his bicycle on a route where bicycles are strictly prohibited. The man had a blood alcohol content of over 1.5 per mille, and his bicycle did not meet basic technical requirements. Police fined him nearly 3,000 złoty.
