On Tuesday, the District Court in Białystok sentenced a man accused of abuse of a dog with particular cruelty to one year and a half of imprisonment, 10 years of banning the possession of all animals and 10 thousand PLN in fees. The 49-year-old threw a puppy through a balcony on the fourth floor. The sentence is valid.
