HC stays Punjab State Rural Livelihoods Mission selection process, flags ‘anomalies, ambiguities’ in marks
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has stayed the selection process for Block Program Managers and Cluster Coordinators. This action follows the court noticing anomalies and ambiguities in awarding marks. A scrutiny committee report submitted in a sealed cover highlighted these concerns. The court previously stayed the recruitment of Pharmacy Officers for similar reasons. The case will be heard again on September 2 for further consideration.
