HONOLULU — Following an MVP performance in the OUTRIGGER Invitational, University of Hawai’i outside hitter Panna Ratkai was named the Old Trapper Mountain West Women’s Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week on Monday. Ratkai led the Rainbow Wahine with 52 kills and five aces to help power UH to a 3-0 run in the tournament.
