The nine vehicles blocked at Madame Carle's Pré were heliported on Thursday 24 September at the beginning of the afternoon. It was the Super Puma of the SAF International based in Albertville that carried out the operation. The specialized aircraft for lifting heavy loads intervened for almost an hour and a half. Among the cars evacuated, that of Léa Balay, auvergnate and guardian aid at the Glacier Blanc shelter this summer.
At the Pré de Madame Carle, the Clio de Léa Balay was imprisoned after the floods of August 2026. A few weeks later, a new heliport upsets everything.
The relief is great for the owners of the nine vehicles blocked in Vallouise-Pelvoux (Hautes-Alpes), at an altitude of 1,800 m. The road was destroyed by a torrential flood on 28 August. A helicopter moved the vehicles this Thursday for three kilometres.
