Researchers found that daytime physical activity is associated with a lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes. But there was no statistically significant association between evening physical activity and diabetes risk, according to the findings published in the journal Diabetologia. The study comes just a day after a different team claimed exercising in the morning is the best time to lose weight.
