Police investigate after man shot, killed in Hartford
According to police a 43-year-old man was shot and killed early Wednesday morning. Officers received a ShotSpotter notification and responded to the area of Rowe Avenue around 1:41 a.m. Police said the ShotSpotter notification recorded five shots fired during the incident. The victim was transported to an area hospital and was pronounced dead. Police identified the victim as Alfredo Cuellar of Hartford. The incident is still under investigation.
