Hard reports to Commissioners on progress of Coldwater River dredging project

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Branch County Drain Commissioner Mike Hard told Branch County Commissioners during their work session last Thursday they have received one bid for the dredging of the mouth of the Coldwater River, with a second bid expected to come in sometime this week.
