Due to the influence of the tropical depression's circulation, from today, the North will experience a period of heavy rain lasting 3 days (September 14-16) with the heaviest rainfall possibly exceeding 500mm. In the Central region, the rain area will be narrowed from Thanh Hoa to Ha Tinh with very heavy and prolonged rainfall intensity.
Today, September 14th, the area of heavy rain is gradually shifting towards the North Central and Northern regions, while the rain is decreasing in the South.
