Hamas executed alleged collaborators and rivals during escalating intra-Palestinian violence as it consolidates control after Israeli troop withdrawals, with 27 killed in recent clan clashes.

Hamas cracks down on rival clans and militias in Gaza
Hamas has embarked on a campaign against opposing militias and clans in the Gaza Strip since the ceasefire with Israel took effect on October 10. Hamas’s Arrow Unit has conducted public executions and threatened more against those it has deemed collaborators with Israel.
Since the cessation of the fighting on 10 October, Hamas has engaged in a violent takeover of the territory. Its special Sahim unit publicly executes members of rival militias, accused of collaborating with Israel.
