On the morning of September 4th, Hai Phong City closed Cau Dat Street for 5 hours to allow authorities to recover, transport, and detonate an unexploded bomb discovered at 96 Cau Dat Street.
From 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM on September 4th, people and vehicles were prohibited from passing through a section of Cau Dat Street in Le Chan Ward, Hai Phong City, so that authorities could recover, transport, and detonate an unexploded bomb left over from the war.
