- Heightened tension across Isapa and surrounding settlements as security agencies and local vigilante groups intensified search efforts, and Adekimi Ojo, Commissioner of Police, confirmed he was en route from Ilorin.
- Locals say the abductors used bush routes to withdraw with captives, retreating through bush paths linking Eruku to neighbouring communities after taking seven family members including Talatu Kabiru, Sarah Sunday and Lami Fidelis.
