Greenpeace has compared ticket prices for European travel routes. Thus, on more than half of the cross-border routes studied, flying is cheaper than the train - which the environmental organization criticizes. By Bianca von der Au.
Study concluded that low cost flights are up to 26 times cheaper than train journeys, "eating climate injustice and exposing Europe's failed travel system".
