FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — Residents and officials in Fall River are getting ready this morning for the start of the Great Feast of the Holy Ghost. This will be the 41st year the festival has been put on. Tonight, the feast begins at 5 with a recitation of the rosary, a blessing, and serving of the soups in adoration of the divine Holy Spirit.
