Government issues charters to allow banks to operate Small Business Deals.

The Ministry of Industry has published in the Official Journal of the Union (DOU) a deal allowing banks and other institutions authorized by the Central Bank to renegotiate corporate debts of up to R$4.8 million a year through the Small Business Deal program.
