Google’s new AI Edge Foresight app takes on Granola with an offline meeting note-taker that can transcribe conversations, generate notes, and answer questions using on-device AI.
Google introduced AI Edge Foresight, an application for Mac that takes meeting notes and can run offline thanks to models executed on the device. The tool combines transcription, manual notes and a knowledge base powered by documents, in a market where Granola and other services already compete.
