On Sunday, the New York Giants defeated the Tennessee Titans 12-7 at MetLife Stadium, with safety Jevon Holland sealing the win via end-zone interception.
Starting in place of injured quarterback Jaxson Dart, Jameis Winston led a ground-heavy offensive attack while rookie kicker Dominic Zvada provided all 12 points via four field goals.
Tennessee managed only 54 yards in the first half but rallied late when quarterback Cam Ward threw a 4-yard touchdown to receiver Wan'Dale Robinson with 5:35 remaining to cut the Giants lead to 12-7.
Linebacker Brian Burns departed in the fourth quarter with a right knee injury, while the loss dropped the Titans to 0-3 on the season.
The Giants improved to 2-1, while the winless Titans prepare to face the Baltimore Ravens next week in pursuit of their first victory.
