Germany's Marijuana Legalization Doesn't Apply to Oktoberfest

Germany's legalization of marijuana will not affect Oktoberfest, the Bavarian government decided on Tuesday. It will also prohibit consumption of the substance in public places such as swimming pools, parks or restaurant gardens. Thus, the conservative government of Bavaria limits the German-wide legalization of the possession of small doses of cannabis for recreational use.
