- The program includes joint production of 5,000 AI-enabled medium-range strike drones, while Germany is financing "mid-strike and deep-strike capabilities" to disrupt enemy logistics, Fedorov said.
- Berlin also plans to conduct a detailed study of Ukraine's DELTA battle management system in the second half of this year, exploring potential integration into the Bundeswehr.
- Both nations agreed to launch the first competition phase by the end of 2026, aiming to address technological gaps on Ukraine's front line through integrated innovations.
