Forum for Democracy party leader Jasper van der Voort was barred from speaking during a meeting of the municipal council in Westland on Wednesday. The reason was his use of the word “population replacement.” Mayor Bouke Arends (PvdA) first warned him. When Van der Voort repeated the term, he was not allowed to continue speaking.
