KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Teens throughout the metro will have to follow a curfew starting on Friday and lasting until the final Sunday of September. The purpose of this ordinance is to decrease unsupervised youth activity in late-night hours and to improve safety in crowded entertainment districts during peak months.
