Frank Brown (Whiting's Funeral Home) On Thursday, August 8, 2024, our beloved Frank Ray Brown went home to be with the Lord. He was born on October 15, 1931, to the late Ralph Brown and Nellie Randall. He and his one sister, Maggie Sutherlin, were raised in New Kent County, Virginia.
