Four Out of Five Citizens of Turkmenistan Passed the Russian Language Test for the Resettlement Programme

In Tambov, the regional UMVD commission of Russia recognized four citizens of Turkmenistan as Russian-speaking, which gives them the right to participate in the State programme to facilitate the voluntary resettlement of compatriots, and subsequently to acquire Russian citizenship in a simplified manner. Another applicant did not pass a test.
