Florida Man Accused of Sneaking Onto JetBlue Plane, Falling Asleep

- Investigators report that Lackey climbed a fence on Saturday night to access the maintenance facility; he allegedly entered the aircraft via portable stairs left near an unlocked door, subsequently hiding in the restroom.
- While Lackey slept, employees locked the plane and moved it to a parking space, delaying the scheduled flight and causing over $2,400 in disruption costs plus $200 in labor expenses.
- Lackey faces charges including burglary of an occupied conveyance, criminal mischief, and interruption of critical infrastructure. As of Wednesday, he remained held at the Broward County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
