Davenport, Iowa – More than 2 inches of rain could fall by Thursday as repeated storms raise the risk of flash flooding and rising rivers. According to the National Weather Service Quad Cities, several rounds of showers and thunderstorms are likely from Monday night through Thursday across eastern Iowa and northwest Illinois.
