In Puerto Rico, 30 deaths associated with influenza were recorded during the Christmas season, between December 15, 2025 and January 7, 2026, reported the Secretary of the Department of Health (DS), Víctor Ramos Otero.
From January 4 to 10, in the fifth week at the epidemic level, 3,383 new cases of the disease were recorded.
