SAN JUAN – The National Meteorology Service (SNM) in San Juan reported Thursday on a flood warning for Bayamón, Guaynabo, San Juan, Toa Alta, Toa Baja and Trujillo Alto, effective until 5:15 in the afternoon for excessive rains.
