Sephora opens Glasgow store at Silverburn
The 4,940 sq ft flagship adds exclusive brands, Beauty Scan technology and four days of launch events as Sephora expands its UK footprint.
On Thursday, August 13, 2026, beauty retailer Sephora opened its first Glasgow store at Silverburn Shopping Centre, marking the brand's second Scottish location following its Edinburgh debut last month.
The opening concludes the retailer's "Sephora Summer" expansion campaign, a milestone season that saw the company launch four new UK stores in just over a month to meet demand from Scottish beauty enthusiasts.
Spanning 4,940 sq ft, the Silverburn site is Scotland's largest Sephora, stocking exclusive brands like Makeup by Mario and rhode that fans previously could not access locally.
Hundreds of eager fans queued from early morning to enter the store, which will host four days of launch events including live music and giveaways through Sunday, August 16.
Sephora Managing Director of UK Sarah Boyd confirmed the retailer aims for a nationwide portfolio of 20 stores by year-end, as the brand continues expanding across the United Kingdom.
