First egg of 2024 sighted in Hays bald eagle nest

The Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania has confirmed that the first bald eagle egg of the season has landed in the Hays nest. Bald eagles have been nesting in the same hillside since 2013. There is a new male at the nest. The last male disappeared in September 2023.
