Fires have punished a number of Southwestern merchants.

News Corp. warned of a major fire, Friday, a commercial store on the southwest side of Ben Sa'ad with a penalty. A security source told News Corp., "A major fire broke out in stores, refrigerators and grocery stores inside the Ben Sa'ad area and completely destroyed it." And the source added, "The fire has not resulted in any human or civilian casualties and the civil defense teams are now preparing to put out the fires."
