London – Al-Quds Al-Arabi: The Financial Times published a report by Andrew England stating that the Houthi offensive shook Saudi Arabia after the defeat of the Yemeni forces it had helped support and train. The newspaper relayed accounts of what happened during the lightning Houthi attack, where some Yemeni army fighters buried their weapons in the desert, others sold them in local markets, and everyone else fled.
