DOVER, Del. – The Dover Police Department has arrested a man in connection with a shooting that took place on Thanksgiving day. Dover Police have arrested a Felton man for a shooting that occurred last Thursday on South DuPont Highway. Through the investigation, and with the assistance of the Delaware State Police, 25-year-old Jaquan Lewis was identified as a suspect and warrants were obtained for his arrest.
