- Wike streamlined the process, allowing allottees to receive documents within two weeks of payment, providing necessary collateral for commercial loans and business expansion.
- Beyond the certificates, the administration granted 2,521 Consents to Assign and 177 Consents to Mortgage during the same three-year period to facilitate property transactions.
- Many beneficiaries of these certificates had waited more than 10 years to receive their land allocations, resolving long-standing delays that previously hindered funding access.
