Fatal overdose investigation ends in Washington County, Va. after suspect turns himself in

(WJHL) — A monthslong investigation into a fentanyl overdose death was put to rest when the suspect allegedly responsible for distributing the drug turned himself in Sunday morning, the Washington County, Virginia Sheriff's Office said.
