Farr receives 2nd conviction for fentanyl-related death

He was accused of distributing fentanyl to Thomas Jackson DeLoach, causing his March 11, 2023, death. This was Farr's second conviction on the same charge. In December 2023 he was convicted in the Sept. 5, 2021, death of Jayson Ebert.
