FARGO — Police say 37-year-old Gregory LaCroix, the suspect in an early morning shooting in downtown Fargo, has been located and arrested. Police responded to the the intersection of Third Avenue North and Broadway at 2:28 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, near the RDO Tower, for a report of shots fired, police told WDAY News.
