In every severe weather event in Attica, EYDAP crews are on operational readiness to immediately respond to operational emergencies. Specifically, in the case of Alimos, with the onset of heavy rainfall, EYDAP crews were on site, within the framework of the operational plan activated by the Company in every emergency weather report and in accordance with the approved environmental conditions, for the safe operation of the sewage facilities.
EYDAP has launched the strengthening of the capacity of the sewage network in Alimos, with interventions that include the upgrading of an existing pumping station and the construction of a new one.
The studies for the upgrade of a pumping station and the construction of a new pipeline have been completed, with the tender process for the first project scheduled for early November.
