Expect heavy snow in Pa. Wilds Wednesday morning

A report from the National Weather Service was issued on Wednesday at 9:03 a.m. for heavy snow until 10 a.m. for Warren, McKean, Potter, Elk, Cameron and Tioga counties."At 8:58 a.m., a band of heavy snow was near Mansfield. The band extended westward along Route 6, to just south of Warren. The band will slowly sag southward," states the weather service.
