The collection of apples for the production of Euskal Sagardoa has already started in the apples of Gipuzkoa, Bizkaia and Araba and has arrived this year conditioned by a weather that is not favorable for the cultivation. The Regulatory Council of the Designation of Origin foresees a production of about 1.5 million kilos, a figure lower than last year, although the definitive volume will not be known until the end of the collection campaign.
