European Union foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas on Tuesday called on EU member states to deliver their air defense missiles to Ukraine, which are nearing the end of their useful life, ahead of an informal meeting of EU foreign ministers in Wicklow, Ireland. She also noted that July and August were the deadliest months for Ukrainian civilians since the war began.
