The European Parliament (EP) says that a total of EUR 489 million was approved today, 12 October, to help four Member States deal with the consequences of bad weather: EUR 261.5 million for Portugal, EUR 149.1 million for Spain, EUR 74.9 million for Italy and EUR 3.7 million for Malta.
