Acting Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan will attend the European People's Party (EPP) Summit in Brussels on Thursday. The Prime Minister will be accompanied by Prime Minister Mihai Jurca, the Prime Minister's Chancellor. At the summit, the Prime Minister will discuss the state of affairs of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan met with the ambassadors of the Member States of the European Union and the representative of the European Commission in Bucharest on Wednesday during talks on Romania's economic situation, energy security and threats in the Black Sea region.
Elijah Bolojan will attend the meeting of the leaders of the European People's Party in Brussels on Thursday. On the agenda of the talks are strategic themes on the future budget of the European Union, the running of the PNRR and measures to boost economic competitiveness.
The Summit is taking place ahead of the European Council on 15 and 16 October.
