The new digital platform my EOPYY, which transfers the Health Insurance File (HIF) directly to the screen of the insured's smartphone, was launched today, allowing insureds - among other things - to submit claims for compensation without queues and hassle. At the same time, it gives them, for the first time, a "voice" among citizens in the evaluation of health services.
